Find freedom in movement again
We look at the whole body and how it functions, instead of only focusing on the pain/discomfort.

Massage in Chichester with expertise, completely tailored to you.
This isn’t a routine massage where you choose a pressure and lie down for an hour. Your appointment begins with your therapist understanding you. Your therapist then works with their clinical knowledge, techniques, years of expertise, and intuition to create a session just for you. This is your massage, dedicated to you.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapists' day that another patient could have taken. As such, we require more than 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for the full amount of their session, or, if already paid, will not be refunded.
